Qualitative research

IQVIA’s qualitative market research methodologies run alongside our quantitative survey solutions. They include literature reviews, in-depth interviews, focus groups and thematic analysis. Our Market Research Team are also experts at questionnaire development and testing.

Consultancy and improvement services

IQVIA’s Consultancy Team works with our clients to develop and implement plans to improve staff engagement, and the experience and outcomes for service users. Working collaboratively with our clients, we support service improvements, inform change, influence policy, and improve outcomes. We are experienced at designing and delivering a range of performance improvement events, facilitated workshops, focus groups, bespoke presentations and conference style events; as well as the development of innovative survey outputs such as interviews and films.
