Первый консультативный совет клиентов OneKey в России

12 Декабря 2019 года в России прошел первый Консультативный совет клиентов OneKey (Advisory Client Board), в котором приняли участие 22 человека из 14 компаний.

Консультативный совет клиентов OneKey – это уникальная площадка для совместного творчества IQVIA и ее стратегических партнеров, помогающая достигать бизнес-результатов. Это площадка, позволяющая услышать клиентов, лучше понимать вызовы сегодняшнего дня и помочь в достижении целей наших партнеров, создавая и развивая решения, обеспечивающие бизнес-результаты.

IQVIA создает Консультативные советы OneKey по всему миру в разных странах, а также на глобальном уровне, и в этом году эта инициатива была поддержана командой IQVIA России и СНГ.

Консультативный совет прошел в дружественной и деловой обстановке. Генеральный директор IQVIA Россия и СНГ Демидов Николай открыл мероприятие, подчеркнув значимость мнения клиента для компании. Артем Онуфриев (Руководитель OneKey) и Владимир Полуян (Sales Solution) представили дорожную карту сервиса OneKey в России и СНГ, где показали планируемое расширение сервиса в трех основных направлениях: расширение данных (в том числе новые атрибуты, развитие нового Digital & KOL профиля персоны, перспективы сервиса OneKey в странах СНГ); внедрение новых технологий обмена данных и сертификация партнеров по интеграции (APIs); и внедрение новых сервисов, помогающие клиентам иметь доступ к необходимой информации в режиме реального времени.

В ходе групповых дискуссий участники мероприятия активно обсуждали насущные ожидания от сервиса OneKey, в каких аспектах сервис может быть улучшен для получения большей выгоды для бизнеса сегодня и в будущем, а также бурное обсуждение вызвала тема Digital & KOL профиль.

Участниками были отмечены актуальность, своевременность и востребованность введения иерархии аптечных сетей в бизнесе на основании симбиоза официальных данных (государственный реестр выданных лицензий) и экспертной оценки.

Далее была представлена концепция использованиях данных OneKey как платформы для интегрированных решений в ежедневном бизнесе. Дискуссия развернулась по вопросам используемых источников, целей и конечных потребителей.

По оценке наших участников и сотрудников IQVIA ожидания от мероприятия оправдались. Всеми была отмечена необходимость и регулярность подобных мероприятий.

Это мероприятие позволило осуществить открытый и конструктивный диалог с клиентами. Подтвердилась актуальность наших смелых начинаний, выявлены слабые места, которые требуют внимания стороны IQVIA. Advisory Board привнес определенность в расстановку приоритетов по развитию сервиса OneKey в других странах.

Мы ждем новых встреч с нашими клиентами и готовы двигаться вместе дальше.
