  • Oncologia liderou os pedidos de Estudos de Primary Market Intelligence em 2024

A IQVIA, um fornecedor global líder de serviços de investigação clínica, insights comerciais e inteligência em saúde, colaborou na realização de mais de 70 estudos de Primary Market Intelligence para a Indústria Farmacêutica e de MedTech em 2024, tendo como objetivo entender melhor o mercado e as necessidades dos profissionais de saúde e dos utentes. Segundo Ana Lopes, que lidera a área de PI na IQVIA em Portugal, “os resultados destes estudos fornecem insights valiosos sobre o reconhecimento das marcas, posicionamento competitivo, a jornada do utente/ consumidor e os segmentos de mercado mais relevantes para a empresa.” Em 2024, a indústria farmacêutica, em especial a área de especialidade, e de MedTech solicitaram a realização de 79% dos estudos efetuados, enquanto que a área de Consumer Health correspondeu a 21% dos estudos realizados pela IQVIA Portugal.

As áreas de especialidade lideram a solicitação de estudos de Primary Market Intelligence, sendo que as áreas de oncologia (27%), autoimunes (16%) e doenças raras (11%) lideram os estudos realizados em 2024.

Já no mercado de Consumer Health, os estudos mais solicitados recaem nas áreas de dermocosmética (27%), medicina estética (20%) e nutrição em oncologia (20%).

Os estudos envolveram aproximadamente 3800 profissionais de saúde, o que demonstra o amplo alcance e a relevância das pesquisas realizadas.

A IQVIA, pelo seu posicionamento único, permite combinar dados hospitalares, de ambulatório e ainda dos canais de farmácia e parafarmácia, aos dados recolhidos aquando da realização de estudos de Primary Market Intelligence, gerando um valor único para o setor da saúde em Portugal.
