For Provider Associations and Specialty Societies (Associations), conducting high-quality workforce analysis is essential to effectively support their members and address the evolving needs of their profession.
To grow, Associations must attract and retain new members, by positioning themselves as the primary resource for workforce development, advocacy, continuing education, and research. Associations demonstrate their value by advocating for the full scope of practice, enabling each provider to work at the top of their license. They offer up-to-date continuing education and conduct research to inform best practices, improve patient care, and address emerging trends in healthcare. Additionally, they provide valuable data and analysis to help their members make informed decisions and enhance their services.
Growing membership with data-driven insights
To attract and retain members, Associations must first develop an understanding of the current state of their workforce. Using this information, they can identify trends to forecast future membership needs and adapt to the next generation of membership and engagement.
