VIEW ROLESDesde hace más de 3 años, IQVIA y Convert Group trabajan de manera conjunta con el objetivo de liderar el conocimiento del canal eCommerce, cuyo crecimiento es exponencial especialmente tras el inicio de la pandemia. El refuerzo en esta área permite a IQVIA cubrir el mercado de Consumer Health al completo, siendo capaces de ofrecer información de los distintos canales, farmacia, e-commerce y parafarmacia, y posicionando eRetail Audit como referente en el sector
En este marco, Mifarma by Atida, empresa líder en Europa en la venta online de productos de farmacia y parafarmacia con más de 2 millones de clientes y 80 millones de euros facturados en 2020, se ha unido a este panel de eRetailers de IQVIA y Convert Group. Esta incorporación viene a reforzar la muestra de eRetail Audit y va a permitir dar un soporte más amplio tanto a los clientes como a los eRetailers y a las farmacias en la gestión de este canal, aportando una información más amplia y relevante.
Según Remedios Navarro, cofundadora de Mifarma y directora de estrategia de negocio de Atida en el Sur de Europa, “la aplicación de datos de consumo en nuestras estrategias de venta nos va a permitir consolidar la oferta con productos y servicios en base a lo que los consumidores demandan. (…). Además, estos datos nos van a permitir fidelizar la relación cliente/empresa ya que lo conocemos en profundidad”.
