José Luis Fernández, nuevo Director General de IQVIA España

IQVIA ha nombrado a José Luis Fernández nuevo Director General de IQVIA España.


José Luis dispone de una amplia experiencia en la compañía, donde ha ocupado diversos puestos de liderazgo a nivel Regional y Global. Durante los últimos 6 años ha desempeñado el cargo de Senior Vice President, Global Consulting Services.


Como Presidente de la unidad de negocio de South Europe & Middle East en IMS Health (previamente a la fusión de ésta con Quintiles) fue responsable de la consecución de objetivos estratégicos y operativos en Italia, España, Portugal, Grecia, Turquía y Oriente Medio.


Previamente tuvo la oportunidad de liderar Consulting Services EMEA en IMS Health, un equipo de más de 700 consultores especializados en áreas de estrategia comercial, portfolio de productos, precio, reembolso y acceso al mercado. Ocupó el cargo de General Manager de la región de países pequeños y medianos de EMEA y fue General Manager del negocio en España.


Antes de su incorporación a IMS Health, José Luis trabajó en AstraZeneca como Sales & Marketing Effectiveness Manager, con responsabilidad a nivel europeo. Comenzó su carrera como consultor en Accenture.


José Luis es Ingeniero de Organización Industrial por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
