Join us each Tuesday in May as we highlight the value decentralized trials (DCT) models bring to clinical research and how a tech-enabled design approach can deliver more effective remote clinical trials and help solve some of the toughest clinical study challenges.

During this webinar series, experts will share insight on proven DCT strategies that help expand geographic reach, leveraging technologies and local infrastructure to gain access to intended populations while ensuring compliance and operational efficiencies throughout the study timeline.

Decentralized Trials Webinar Series Sessions

A Sponsor's Guide to Effective Site Partnerships in DCTs: Learnings From the Field

Session Description: Decentralized trials are transforming the clinical research environment at a rapid pace. This patient-centric approach to research makes it possible to accelerate recruitment by allowing more diverse patient populations to participate in clinical research while lowering the burden of participant trial participation

In this session, we will explore the site perspective on what DCT implementation deliveries look like and how these models can help foster successful partnerships among sites, sponsors and patients. Our panel of experts will share key learnings "from the field" and what technologies and processes sites are using to be a more effective partner in decentralized trials design.

Transforming the Decentralized Trial Model Through Design, Data and Delivery

Session Description: As the biopharma industry strives to deliver more site-centric, patient focused clinical trials, a custom design approach starting from the protocol design helps sponsors select and deploy innovative solutions that deliver faster, higher quality clinical trials.

Join this insightful webinar to learn how the most forward-thinking sponsors embed technology and operational strategies to ensure efficient performance delivery. As you look to use insights to develop intentional patient engagement strategies for your trials, learn how aligning these goals will improve the patient trial experience, improve data quality and speed trial timelines.

Patient Centricity Through DCT Technology: How DCT's Converge GCP and Privacy Compliance

Session Description: The pandemic may have accelerated sponsors embracing decentralized clinical trials faster than originally intended, demonstrating real benefits to patients, sites, and sponsors. For all the benefits DCT technology bring, it presents additional complexities related to patient data privacy and regulatory compliance adherence that are critical for continued success and global expansion.

In this session, our panel of experts share what sponsors should be aware of when designing clinical trials, and how decentralized clinical trial technology addresses needs surrounding patient data privacy standards and regulatory compliance across all geographies.

Demonstrating the Value of DCT's: What Is in It for Sponsors, Sites & Study Participants?

Session Description: Measuring success in DCTs is complex, and more work needs to be to done to define & measure key success factors that will help us better understand how to realize the greatest effectiveness of DCT solutions. This session explores ways we can measure, evaluate and define success in decentralized clinical trials solutions and their impact improving the experiences of study participants, sites, study teams and sponsors.

Currently 10% of IQVIA's full-service studies run entirely on our Decentralized Trial platform across 30+ individual therapeutic indications. More broadly, we find that approximately one-third of our active clinical trials incorporate one or more of our DCT technology or services capabilities.

We will unpack and begin to define metrics highlighting the value of decentralized clinical trials as well as hear how other experts in the industry are defining success.
