SEARCH JOBSMadrid, 17 de diciembre de 2019 – Esta mañana se han dado a conocer los nombres de los hospitales que han conseguido alguno de los 64 premios TOP20 que otorga cada año IASIST, compañía de IQVIA. En esta 20ª edición, 40 hospitales premiados proceden de 8 comunidades autónomas: Andalucía, Asturias, Baleares, Cataluña, La Rioja, Madrid, País Vasco y Valencia.
Los 27 centros con mejor equilibro de resultados en todas las áreas y procesos clínicos han sido reconocidos como TOP en Gestión Hospitalaria Global. Otros 24 hospitales han sido reconocidos por sus servicios en una de las 8 áreas clínicas analizadas, siendo repartidos un total de 36 premios TOP en dichas categorías: Corazón, Respiratorio, Sistema Nervioso, Digestivo, Musculoesquelético, Riñón y Vías Urinarias, Mujer y Atención al Paciente Crítico.
Este año, participaron de forma voluntaria 145 hospitales (70% del Sistema Nacional de Salud y 30% privados), procedentes de 14 comunidades autónomas y, en 11 de ellas, hubo centros nominados: Andalucía, Baleares, Asturias, Canarias, Castilla y León, Cataluña, La Rioja, Madrid, Murcia, País Vasco y Valencia.
De los 69 hospitales nominados, 55% (38) lo estuvieron en una única categoría, un 29% (20) optó a dos premios, y un 16% (11) pudo ganar tres o más TOP.
A la ceremonia han asistido la Viceconsejera de Asistencia Sanitaria de Madrid, Ana Dávila-Ponce de León Municio; el Director General del Servei de Salut de les Illes Balears, Julio Miguel Fuster Culebras; la Directora de Atención y Evaluación Sanitaria del Servicio de Salud del Principado de Asturias, Alejandra Fueyo Gutiérrez; la Directora General de Planificació en Salut. Departament de Salut de la Generalitat de Catalunya, Pilar Saura; y la Subdirectora de Asistencia Sanitaria del Servicio Vasco de Salud, Ana Bustinduy Bascarán.
Ana Dávila-Ponce de León Municio, Viceconsejera de Asistencia Sanitaria de la Comunidad de Madrid, fue la encargada de la clausura del evento.
Durante la ceremonia, se anunció que, en enero, IASIST pasará a llamarse IQVIA Healthcare.
