Our approximately 87,000 employees are the driving force of our business, bringing their skills, experience and to work every day. We’re proud to shine a spotlight on our teams and employees who have a passion to advance healthcare. Staying connected to our people is critical to our success - to understand their needs, communicate our expectations, and maintain a sense of community and shared values.
Our mission to accelerate innovation for a healthier world guides everything we do — the deep sense of responsibility we feel towards supporting better outcomes for patients is the foundation of our values and culture. Collaboration is central to these efforts, and together with our partners, we work to improve access to and delivery of healthcare and, ultimately, drive better health outcomes.
Driven by our commitment to support public health, we have a responsibility to reduce our climate impact. This focuses on a set of priority projects and goals covering areas such as facilities, supply chain, and business travel.
Laboratories are resource intensive spaces, using more energy and water than our office facilities and producing higher volumes of waste. Because of this, we collaborate with the non-profit My Green Lab (MGL) to reduce the environmental impact of our labs.
MGL certification is considered the industry gold standard for sustainability best practice in laboratories, and it is recognized by the United Nations’ Race to Zero campaign as a key measure of progress towards a net zero future.
Through this collaboration, we now have all labs certified across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Americas, and more than 150 IQVIA employees trained as MGL ambassadors to initiate sustainability improvement projects across our labs.
Our commitment to our sustainability efforts is unwavering because we believe creating a healthier world takes more than just healthcare.
In this paper, we define the cold chain market using a combination of public and IQVIA data and give a perspective on key developments.
This white paper uses three cutting edge methods to quantify emissions the emissions of the pharmaceutical industry and explores the actions it can take to address a rapidly changing climate.
Climate change has the potential to significantly impact human health, the environment, and the economy. By reporting greenhouse gas emissions, companies can demonstrate their commitment to reducing their environmental impact and mitigating the effects of climate change.
As part of our continued commitment to transparency, IQVIA has made its most recent EEO-1 Component 1 report publicly available in the link below. The EEO-1 Component 1 report is a mandatory annual data collection by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission that requires all private sector employers with 100 or more employees, and federal contractors with 50 or more employees meeting certain criteria, to submit demographic workforce data, including data by race/ethnicity, sex and job categories.
