Belonging

We create a culture of belonging by valuing the perspectives of all talented employees worldwide and providing them with the opportunity to thrive at IQVIA.

  • Our UK Q4 2024 Employee Pulse Survey results shows 79% of our employees reporting feeling engaged, compared to 72.9.% in our Q4 2023 survey.
  • Membership of our 10 Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) continues to expand and provide a sense of community, network and additional option for professional development.
  • Our Women Inspired Network continues to grow and has the most members of all the ERGs in the UK. UK membership has expanded to the Black Leadership Network and Veterans ERG.
  • Our growing external partnerships with social enterprises for those less advantaged continue to support community engagement and social impact:
  • We continue to gift Apprentice Levy funding to external Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to provide training and remove barriers to work for those less advantaged.
  • Our teams participated in over 925 IQVIA days, volunteering their time to support local charities and communities.

Under the UK Government’s regulations, we are required to report certain gender pay information for all entities with 250 or more employees; in IQVIA we have three such legal entities outlined below.

In the following charts, the term ‘median’ represents the comparison of the middle number in a sorted list arranged in value order from lowest to highest for each gender. The term ‘mean’ represents the comparable average hourly earnings by gender.

The charts above also show the gender distribution in each of the three entities across four equally sized pay quartiles.

As a reminder, the disclosures required by the gender pay gap law measure the difference between the average earnings of all employees who identify as men and women, irrespective of their role or seniority, within the statutory quartiles. They do not reflect equality of pay for equal roles.
