El pasado 20 de mayo, llevamos a cabo un e-meeting titulado «Escenarios de negocio en la era post-Covid. Implicaciones presentes y futuras para la industria Bio-Farmacéutica».

Al evento se conectaron un total de 609 profesionales de más de 240 empresas como Abbott, Almirall, AstraZeneca, Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, Danone, Esteve, GSK, Janssen, L’Oréal, Novartis, Roche, entre muchas más.

Al comienzo de la jornada, se realizó una poll question en la que preguntamos “Nos gustaría conocer ¿cuáles de los siguientes puntos tienen mayor relevancia para usted en esta situación?” y los resultados fueron:

  • 81,00% Futuro de la interacción con los profesionales de la salud
  • 76,20% Transformación de los modelos comerciales
  • 50,90% Gestión de las personas y nuevas formas de trabajo
  • 43,20% Lanzamiento de nuevos productos y acceso al mercado
  • 24,10% Gestión del porfolio y estrategia a corto/medio plazo
  • 18,20% Problemática de demanda y oferta de medicamentos
  • 6,00% Desarrollo clínico y aspectos regulatorio
  • 1,20% Otros

Queda claro que deberemos ser ágiles para reevaluar los objetivos de negocio a corto plazo y redefinir la estrategia priorizando la transformación digital, ajustando el modelo comercial y entendiendo qué nuevas capacidades serán necesarias para aportar más valor a los profesionales sanitarios y al sistema de salud.

Nos sentimos satisfechos de que el 95% de los que participaron en la encuesta final están “muy de acuerdo” (48%) o “de acuerdo” (47%) en que la información y puntos de vista compartidos en el webinar fueron útiles y relevantes y cumplieron con las expectativas.
