VIEW ROLESEl pasado 10 de febrero, celebramos en el Ayre Gran Hotel Colón el evento «El papel de las marcas en la farmacia digital: el ecosistema del ecommerce». Asistieron más de 60 profesionales de 42 empresas.
La jornada comenzó con Guillermo Durán, Head of Innovation de IQVIA Spain, hablando sobre el entorno eFarma en España, hizo un recuento de los diferentes aprendizajes que dejó el 2019 y las tendencias de las principales categorías. También dio a conocer las características del comprador de las farmacias online. Julien Mounier, eCommerce Manager de GSK CH España, dio a conocer la perspectiva de la marca y aseguró que hay una oportunidad en el doble papel de la farmacia, como tienda física y en eCommerce.
Elena Chailazopulou, Partner & Head of eMarket Intelligence de Convert Group explicó varios ejemplos de cómo las marcas pueden trabajar en el sector eFarma, mientras que, Panayotis Gezerlis, Founder & CEO de Convert Group, explicó la importancia de hablar el lenguaje digital en todos los niveles de una empresa.
Como invitado especial, tuvimos a Julio Pérez de la Fuente, Sales Manager & CMO de Dosfarma, que presentó una visión del eRetailer.
En fin, dimos todo un recorrido por el eCommerce de farmacia que permitió conocer la situación en España, obtener una visión internacional y entender el impacto que conlleva en las organizaciones.
